Yes, and we'd rather earn your building monthly than wash it once. Monthly and quarterly plans get priority scheduling, locked-in per-project pricing, and photo documentation every visit so you can show owners exactly what was done.

How is commercial work priced — hourly or by project?

Per-project, always. You get a firm scope and a firm number before we start. Hourly billing rewards slow work; per-project pricing rewards doing it right the first time.

Can you work outside our business hours?

That's our default for occupied properties. Early mornings, nights, and weekends — whatever keeps your customers, tenants, and foot traffic out of the work zone.

Do you document the work?

Every commercial job includes before/after photo documentation, delivered with the invoice. For recurring contracts it becomes a running visual record you can hand to owners, boards, or corporate.
