Concrete and pavers are porous, so oil, water, and dirt soak right back in after a wash. A sealer fills those pores: it deepens the color, makes spills bead up instead of staining, and slows algae and weeds. Every sealing job starts with a full deep clean, because sealer should never be locked over dirt.
No. Plant protection is built into our process: we saturate landscaping with fresh water before applying any solution, cover sensitive plants where needed, and rinse everything down after. It's the difference between a pro job and a rental-machine weekend.
In Middle Tennessee's humidity, most homes benefit from a wash every 12–24 months. North-facing walls and shaded homes near trees or water (looking at you, Percy Priest and Old Hickory Lake neighborhoods) grow algae faster and may need annual attention.

Rain and washing slowly pull the sand out from between pavers, which lets them shift and gives weeds and ants a place to move in. Polymeric sand is a joint sand that hardens once it's set with water. We clean the old joints out, fill them flush with polymeric sand, and set it so your pavers lock together and stay weed-free.
That's efflorescence: mineral salts carried to the surface as moisture moves through masonry. It isn't dirt, and pressure washing alone won't remove it. We treat it with a cleaner made to dissolve it, rinse and neutralize the surface, and can seal afterward to help keep it from coming back.
We clear every gutter run of leaves, sticks, and sludge, bag and haul the debris away, and flush each downspout to make sure it drains. It runs $200–$250 for a one-story home and $225–$300 for two stories, and you get before/after photos from the roofline.
No. As long as we have access to water spigots and gates are unlocked, most customers just leave us to it and come home to a clean house. We send before/after photos when we wrap up.
